While I was getting them dressed, Makenna asked me what Owen was dressed as. I told her that he was a soldier. She asked what a soldier did, and I told her that they protect our country. Her reply: "well I'm Cinderella, and I get to dance at the ball!". And then for the next hour she kept thanking Owen for protecting our country. Mommy had a few chuckles.

Thank you for the pictures. How precious! My mother had a birthday party for me when I was 7 and we played the "clothes pin drop" game. Didn't know it was played anymore.
Makenna makes a lovely princess and Owen makes quite a handsome soldier. Good costumes.
